- Promote company products to current and potential customers within a defined region by providing clinical education of implant procedures and support.
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support including, but not limited to: troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
- Respond to customer needs regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
- Provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
- Train and educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using appropriate formats and platforms (e.g., slides, manuals, etc.) to keep customers informed of new and existing products.
- Attend and oversee trials/procedures/implants in a clinical setting including labs and operation rooms of hospital accounts.
- Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel.
- Utilize internal platforms to ensure flawless execution of product delivery to clients and patients.
- Visit customers and patients in a clinical environment (hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, surgical centers).
- Communicate with Patients and Clients afterhours and on weekends as needed.
- Travel daily within territory.

Nevro is seeking a Sr. Revenue Accountant who will be responsible for revenue recognition policies and procedures, lead the month-end and quarter-end processes related to revenue, test and implement revenue related SOX controls, and provide audit support. This position reports to the Revenue Manager.
Reporting to VP Global Quality Systems, this position is responsible for the management and enhancement of the quality system, collaborating with all departments within the company to ensure compliance to process/procedures related to Document Control, Change and Configuration Management, Audits, Training, CAPA, Non-Conformance and External Standards.Applying knowledge of QSR and GMP requirements on a daily basis, the duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develops and implements the quality system goals and monitors progress against those goals. Helps create a quality focus culture through collaboration, training, metrics, and risk-based approach.
- Executing and implementing enhancements to existing quality system process in a manner that effectively supports the growth of the business.
- Responsible to provide regular updates to Nevro Senior and Executive Management on any trends or corrective actions required.
- Provide direction to employees and direct reports regarding processes related to quality management systems and processes related to Document Control, Configuration Management, CAPA, External Standards, Regulatory Compliance and Audits.

The Systems Verification Engineer will play a key role in the development of a Class III implantable Neuromodulation system for pain management, working cross-functionally to help verify firmware, software applications, and whole systems and make sure that all stakeholders are aligned, and requirements and user needs are met.
- Serves as a technical test lead for verification test efforts, including owning and optimizing system, sub-system, and module verification and validation efforts to ensure complete system coverage, proper tracing, and buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders
- Interacts with R&D, Quality Engineering, and Regulatory to create test strategies that have optimal amount of testing and to release technical documentation, such as engineering reports, verification plans, procedures and reports, and validation plans and reports, through doc control
- Reviews and evaluates product requirements for correctness, completeness, and testability
- Owns test descriptions and protocols, ensures comprehensiveness of test coverage
- Participates in system integration testing activities and troubleshooting of technical issues, working with developers to identify root cause and viable resolutions
- Tracks defects, validates bug fixes, analyzes bug trends, and proactively works towards catching issues early
- Completes regression, dry, and formal verification runs for multiple firmware and software releases at appropriate times in the development cycle
- Supports validation efforts to ensure complete system coverage
- Designs, builds, executes, and maintains a test automation framework and scripts for testing mobile and web applications within a CI/CD pipeline.
- Implements solutions to make the automation framework efficient and scalable.

- Develops and validates software and hardware-based tools to assist in development and testing.
