  In this highly visible role reporting to the Director of Post Market Quality, you will manage a team responsible for assuring compliance with US and international regulations and post market surveillance requirements for all Nevro sites. The person in this position is responsible for the accurate and effective transaction of material flow through our remote operations.  They will work closely with contract manufacturers (CMOs), suppliers, field personnel and other departments to ensure that tracking processes are maintained and will help identify and implement improvements to these processes.  This person will be responsible for accurately maintaining item master, bill of material, and other master data in our ERP and integrated systems.  They will monitor and communicate with field personnel on the efficient utilization of field inventory.  Some off-site travel may be necessary to perform inventory reconciliations. - Primary responsibility for transacting specific inventory movements in the ERP and SalesForce systems - Analyze the flow of material across multiple CMOs/suppliers and field personnel to identify potential problems and implement solutions - Input new product, bill of material, and associated master data into ERP system with a focus on accuracy. This includes initiating necessary change control requests in the Arena software. - Monitor inventory utilization with distribution centers and field personnel. The ability to work with multiple company leaders and multi-task is a must for this position. - Manage executive’s calendars and meetings including developing an understanding of business priorities and relationships across the organization to proactively and independently manage calendar - Make travel arrangements including frequent U.S. and international travel, obtain requisite visas, create itineraries and ensure flawless execution  - Prepare/submit expense report in a timely manner along with other executive assistant duties - Plan and execute successful meetings including coordinating all components & details: travel, ground transfers, hotel guest rooms/meeting rooms, food & beverage, A/V requirements, etc. - Prepare reports and presentations, screening calls, and managing budgets and other financial matters - Responsible for coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff - Prepare, implement, report and analyze results of annual satisfaction surveys. - Schedule and execute staff meetings, quarterly meetings and other relevant group activities including site identification, contracting and all associated logistics and details - Provide consistent communications throughout process and as follow-up to track progress from initiation to completion; institutionalize “best-practices”. - Demonstrate ability to interface with key customers, investors, and leaders in a professional manner that is representative of Nevro’s culture, ambition and code of conduct - Perform other duties as required

The Therapy Consultant is the primary clinical support who works with Nevro Sales Representatives to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) and patients to identify their clinical goals and constraints related to patient needs.
