Job Summary & Responsibilities

· Support the implementation, administration, and management of company’s corporate compliance program.

· Manage and support compliance audit and monitoring activities, including through data analytics, live monitoring and engagement with internal teams.

· Proactively identify, review and mitigate potential areas of risk to Nevro’s business based on internal policies and industry standards.

· Assist with the management and usage of the company’s compliance management software MedCompli.

· Independently review internal business activities and provide compliance guidance and support.

· Manage the compliance review of healthcare providers agreements and engagements.

· Assist the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer with the ongoing management of the Global Compliance and Privacy Program policies, procedures and processes.

· Manage and support internal investigations in coordination with internal functions (e.g. HR, Regulatory, Professional Education).

· Develop and support ongoing training on Global Compliance and Privacy policies and procedures.

· Manage the Global vendor due diligence process.

· Manage US and international transparency reporting efforts to ensure accurate and timely reporting of HCP spends under Sunshine/Open Payments disclosure laws. Analyze reporting data for trends.

· Assist with the administration of the company’s data privacy program.

Role Requirements

· BA/BS degree required.

· 3+ years of professional experience, including interactions with business roles such as legal, compliance, privacy, internal audit, IT and finance

· Experience working in or with the life sciences industry (medical devices preferred).

Skills and Knowledge

· Experience working with large data sets, spread sheets, and aggregating and analyzing such data (Tableau experience preferred)

· CPA, CFE or Compliance Certification 

· Experience handling auditing, monitoring and/or investigations.

· Data privacy

· Data analytics and problem-solving

· Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to support internal and external customers

· Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel data file management

· Experience interacting with Global business functions

Target Pay Range

$79,566.00-$109,403.00. The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
