Job Summary & Responsibilities

Nevro is seeking a ­­­­­­Pricing Operations Specialist to join the Pricing Strategy & Analytics team. The Pricing Operations Specialist will play an integral role in delivering operational excellence for the Commercial Operations, US Field Sales, and Executive teams, as well as interface with IT, Finance, Marketing and other cross functional teams regularly. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring our on-going success through ensuring the data integrity of pricing and product related information in our sales systems and partnering with the field sales team to troubleshoot and resolve pricing related issues. The position will report to the Pricing Strategy and Analytics Manager. This individual must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and be a support-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.

  • Enables the US Field Sales team by providing support processing pricing requests and Multi Unit Orders in the system, maintaining and designing pricing tools and reports, and managing pricing-related questions on the field help desk
  • Maintains and ensure data integrity of information in Salesforce and our ERP related to product and customer pricing, including loading pricing product pricing into Salesforce, ensuring consistency between the systems, and updating data related to GPO/ IDN affiliations
  • Documents current-state and implementation of improvements for processes relating to pricing requests, approvals, programs and reporting
  • Works closely with US Field Sales and Contracts Administration team on deals from request to execution, ensuring documentation is complete, appropriate approvals are gathered and deals are communicated and executed efficiently
  • Participates in new system end user testing and validation activities
  • Supports the US pricing committee with gathering and documenting deal information and decisions
  • Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams on various project to support operational goals and timelines.
  • Other duties as assigned

Role Requirements

  • BS/BA required in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics or Marketing. (MBA preferred)
  • 2 - 3  years in Operations or similar role. 

Skills and Knowledge

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results in a timely manner 
  • Applies critical thinking skills to resolve issues by creating solutions where possible
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com and QAD (or another ERP system)
  • Experience working closely and collaborating with and supporting Field Sales teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including developing relationships at all levels in an organization
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude who is willing to contribute as needed, can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion
  • Strong business acumen
