Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant is a highly skilled administrative professional who provides a wide range of support services to several cross-functional Vice Presidents of the company. The executive assistant must keep the office of these executives running smoothly and will perform executive assistant duties to including coordinating meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentation materials, assist in completion of monthly executive updates, managing calendars, submitting expenses and/or reviewing incoming correspondence and preparing responses. The ability to work with multiple company leaders and multi-task is a must for this position.

  • Manage executive’s calendars and meetings including developing an understanding of business priorities and relationships across the organization to proactively and independently manage calendar
  • Make travel arrangements including frequent U.S. and international travel, obtain requisite visas, create itineraries and ensure flawless execution 
  • Prepare/submit expense report in a timely manner along with other executive assistant duties
  • Plan and execute successful meetings including coordinating all components & details: travel, ground transfers, hotel guest rooms/meeting rooms, food & beverage, A/V requirements, etc.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, screening calls, and managing budgets and other financial matters
  • Responsible for coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff
  • Prepare, implement, report and analyze results of annual satisfaction surveys.
  • Schedule and execute staff meetings, quarterly meetings and other relevant group activities including site identification, contracting and all associated logistics and details
  • Provide consistent communications throughout process and as follow-up to track progress from initiation to completion; institutionalize “best-practices”.
  • Demonstrate ability to interface with key customers, investors, and leaders in a professional manner that is representative of Nevro’s culture, ambition and code of conduct
  • Perform other duties as required

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree – from any field
  • At least 5 years supporting C-level

  • Extremely well-organized, flexible and demonstrated follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task to include leading and completing at least 3 events at a time
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills – required
