    Job Summary & Responsibilities

    The Sr. Market Access and Sales Ops Analyst will play an important role in day-to-day operations, supporting the field-based sales team, internal Market Access, and Customer Service teams. Responsibilities include managing customer pricing, contract administration, sales reporting and supporting the Sales team on our sales reporting system, and ongoing daily requests. This position reports to the Market Access and Strategic Pricing Manager.

    • Manage customer pricing for assigned regions within ERP and SFDC systems
    • Partner with Sales and other applicable internal departments to develop efficiencies through innovative thinking, system enhancements and best practice sharing
    • Develop reporting package to measure key metrics within Sales Operations
    • Work with Legal and Sales on contract issues; update contract templates as necessary to reflect applicable changes for distribution to Sales
    • Organize and maintain contract correspondence
    • Maintain effective and supportive communication with Sales, Legal, Sales Ops, and Finance
    • Ensure compliance with all internal audit requirements and adherence to SOX controls
    • Assist with audit and compliance activities as assigned
    • Actively participate/contribute in departmental projects and take an active role in cross-functional teams which will assist in driving quality improvements and streamlined processes

    Role Requirements

    • BS/BA preferred in finance or accounting and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent years of experience

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including developing relationships at all levels in an organization and directly influencing business objectives
    • Strong team player who is willing to contribute as needed, can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects on time
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
    • Experience working with large Sales teams
    • Experience with QAD or ERP systems
    • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
    • Previous experience in Medical Devices a plus
