    Overview

    You are an experienced social media and community manager with a track record of building and engaging a brand’s follower base through genuine, thoughtful and interesting content and conversation. As a key ambassador for the voice of the brand, you will lead creative partners through the creation of content and leverage insights to develop strategies to drive awareness and brand preference. Finally, you believe in building a brand that has a meaningful and measurable influence on chronic pain patients’ lives.

    • Own the social media content calendar, working cross-functionally with the marketing team, field sales team, and research teams to deliver a unified brand voice across all social media channels.
    • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key patient and customer ambassadors, and track the impact of that interaction
    • Manage our influencer program - starting from identifying influencers to working out sponsored posts, the final execution and reporting.
    • Collaborate with creative agencies to produce unique social content with the goal of driving engagement and inserting our brand into relevant conversations.
    • Be an expert, staying up to date on social trends and tools, and providing recommendations on social executions for marketing campaigns
    • Measure, track, and optimize performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs.
    • Monitor social channels for key issues and post timely key consumer updates
    • Managed sensitive situations on social platforms
    • Educate other functions and teammates in the organization on digital marketing tactics
    • Other duties as assigned across various digital marketing channels including HCP content creation and delivery, developing campaign messaging and measuring campaign outcomes.

    Role Requirements

     

    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, and/or related field
    • Minimum of 8 year of overall work experiences with 3+ years in creating social media strategy
    • You are an inspired and avid social media user
    • You have had success with both planned and, in the moment, reactive content creation and distribution.
    • You can easily move between editing and authoring content yourself
    • You possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, consumer empathy and dedication to great consumer experiences
    • You take ownership, are an inventive problem solver and have a high level of accountability
    • Years of experience may be substituted for the education

    • You have superb communication—you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • You are an inspired and avid social media user
    • Organized and accountable with high attention to detail. Thorough, quick to follow through and follow up
    • Independent self-starter
