    Overview

    Nevro is seeking an Accounting Specialist who will primarily be responsible for reviewing invoice packets for accuracy and completeness to ensure all revenue recognition requirements have been met. The invoice packet includes and is not limited to contract, purchase order, sales order, proof of delivery, invoice and relevant supporting documents, etc. This role will partner with the order management team on a regular basis, and will report to the Revenue Operations Manager.

    Role Requirements

    • AA or BS/BA degree or equivalent experience of 2-4 years.
    • Ability to independently review invoice packets for accuracy and completeness.
    • Document invoice review by completing a revenue recognition checklist.
    • Provide guidance to order management team if errors are found during invoice review.
    • Effectively communicate with internal customers via phone or email.
    • Investigate and resolve inquiries.

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Basic understanding of GAAP accounting and SOX controls.
    • Solid computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Effective customer service skills.
    • Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control with limited supervision.
    • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues.
    • Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with QAD and cloud/web-based system.
