    The Legal Assistant is a highly skilled administrative professional who provides a wide range of support services to the Legal Department of the company. The Legal Assistant must keep the Legal Department running smoothly and will perform administrative assistant duties, including managing all legal files and documents, managing legal work intake and the company’s contract management system, coordinating meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentation materials, managing calendars, submitting expenses and/or reviewing incoming correspondence and preparing responses.


    Role Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree – from any field
    • At least 5 years supporting/managing a legal department
    • Responsible for building Legal Department infrastructure, including physical and electronic files, maintaining legal documents (including policies and agreements) and assisting the General Counsel in running day-to-day operations of the department.
    • Resolves routine legal matters in area of responsibility with direct supervision from more experienced contract administrators and/or attorneys.
    • Represents Legal Department internally to clients, serving as direct point of contact for the team.
    • Support attorneys on more complex legal agreements, assembling exhibits and schedules, coordinating input from other stakeholders, and conducting document/version comparison.
    • Provide administration and support for the Company’s contract management system (Apttus), including maintaining all agreements in the system for permanent record.
    • Maintain templates in contract management system and help prepare updates to templates.
    • Responsible for coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff and preparing any necessary reports and presentations.
    • Manage the General Counsel’s calendar and meetings, including developing an understanding of business priorities and relationships across the organization to proactively and independently manage calendar.
    • Prepare/submit expense reports in a timely manner along with other executive assistant duties.
    • Demonstrate ability to interface with key internal customers in a professional manner that is representative of Nevro’s culture, ambition and code of conduct.
    • Plan and execute successful meetings, including coordinating all components & details: travel, ground transfers, hotel guest rooms/meeting rooms, food & beverage, A/V requirements, etc.
    • Perform other duties as required.
