    The Product Manager, Australia will drive downstream execution in the Australia region for the currently available and next generation products globally. Downstream management includes developing and executing launch plans, promotional plans, positioning and messaging, marketing collateral, sales tools, and patient education materials. The product manager, Australia will also be responsible for market development.


    The Product Manager will have significant interaction with the field-based sales force, and must work collaboratively to create plans and ensure that customer targeting, sales tools, and marketing programs are well executed and impactful for the Australia region.  

    • Drive downstream execution for Australia through development of an Australia marketing plan. Help develop downstream activities and execute agreed upon marketing plan in conjunction and consultation with International Sales, training, and Global marketing
    • Help manage the Nevro and Senza brands. Produce marketing collateral and tools including brochures, sales tools, iPad applications, websites, advertisements, etc. that are on brand strategy but adapted to Australia market
    • Manage PR activities, in conjunction with external agencies
    • Help create and implement segmentation, targeting, positioning, and pricing strategies
    • Understand needs of key Australia customers including HCPs, non-HCPs (payors and clinic groups), and patients to implement direct messaging activities specific to customer type to win-over key influencers
    • Perform detailed competitive analysis and develop competitive strategies to counter competitive messaging and help position us further as market leaders
    • Develop, recommend, and implement market development programs for Australia markets including referral programs and direct to patient marketing activities
    • Understand overall Australia market to an account level; identify trends and opportunities for expansion through creation of a market model
    • Manage identification and coordination of all Australia conferences
    • Partner with global marketing in creation of new product launch plans and optimal execution in Australia region
    • Assist in training sales reps and customers on product and market knowledge
    • Develop strong credibility with sales, KOLs, and customers through procedural, product, and competitor/competitive therapy knowledge
    • Ensure that all marketing activities conform to company guidelines and local laws
    • This position requires driving and traveling to visit customers. In addition, the use of the telephone and keyboard on a daily basis. Carrying company equipment on trips will include laptops, chargers, brochures, as well as study related equipment, i.e., programmers, demo kits.

    Role Requirements

    • 3-5 years’ experience in medical device or biotech marketing
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Prior neuromodulation experience a plus
    • This position will be based in Australia
    • International and domestic travel up to 40%
