    Overview

     Nevro is seeking a bright and energetic individual to join our growing company as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for providing our candidates with superior experience throughout our process, while acting as a brand ambassador and enabling the TA team to reach our hiring goals.

    • Work closely with Recruiters and other team members to coordinate interview schedules, book travel and arrange other logistics as needed to ensure superb candidate experience;
    • Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and producing ad hoc recruiting reports.
    • Manage complex schedules while being able to deal with last minute changes to scheduling requirements;
    • Maintain understand of Nevro’s end-to-end hiring process, and consistently think of innovative, creative ways for improvement
    • Manage candidate’s expectations and experience onsite using excellent customer service skills’
    • Perform other key administrative task such as, and not limited to job opening/posting management, NDA documentation, third-party background check initiation and tracking, expense reports;
    • Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.
    • Participate in special recruiting and open-house events, as well as creative sourcing campaigns.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
    • Other duties as assigned. 

    Role Requirements

    • 2+ year of prior as a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Coordinator, or similar professional experience
    • BA/AA degree preferred, can be substituted by experience in the field

    Skills and Knowledge

     

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment and be able to deal with ambiguity
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying attention to details
    • Highly organized with strong follow up skills, the ability to multi-task and team player
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel  and PowerPoint
    • Able to handle confidential information with discretion at all time
