    Overview

    Nevro is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst who will be responsible for managing of customer pricing, contract administration, price/volume analysis, sales reporting/metrics and supporting the Sales team on our sales reporting system and on-going daily requests.  This position reports to the Sales Operations / AR Manager.

    Role Requirements

    • Manage customer pricing for assigned regions within ERP and SFDC systems
    • Provide Sales organization with customer performance analytics, analyze sales data in order to identify areas of opportunity for revenue growth and track volume commitments per executed contracts
    • Partner with Sales and other applicable internal departments to develop efficiencies through innovative thinking, system enhancements and best practice sharing
    • Develop reporting package to measure key metrics within Sales Operations
    • Work with Legal and Sales on contract issues; update contract templates as necessary to reflect applicable changes for distribution to Sales
    • Organize and maintain contract correspondence
    • Maintain effective and supportive communication with Sales, Legal, Market Access and Finance
    • Ensure compliance with all internal audit requirements and adherence to SOX controls
    • Assist with audit and compliance activities as assigned
    • Actively participate/contribute in departmental projects and take an active role in cross-functional teams which will assist in driving quality improvements, streamed-lined processes, and go forward initiatives
    • Candidate must be a team player with a high level of personal motivation, able to work independently, able to work on numerous tasks concurrently and meet multiple competing deadlines
    • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, with acute attention to accuracy
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain supportive relationships with internal business partners

    Skills and Knowledge

    • BS/BA preferred in finance or accounting and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent years of experience
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
    • Experience working with large Sales teams
    • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
    • Previous experience in Medical Devices a plus
