    Overview

    The Analyst will play a vital role in helping the US Sales Team exceed revenue goals when opening new accounts and maximizing the opportunity within existing accounts. He/she will also work on a variety of projects including commercialization plans, cross functional team management, business and program analysis, and interaction with sales team.

     

    • Developing and executing the pricing strategy for existing products and new product introductions Managing Pricing Committee process and weekly meetings
    • Working with field based sales team to help them understand the broader marketing and pricing strategy
    • Working cross-functionally with broader Marketing organization, Sales, Health Economics & Reimbursement, Finance, etc. globally
    • Recommend updates or changes to policies or calculations methodologies to allow for continuous business process improvement
    • Conduct and provide meaningful analysis to the organization on issues relative to pricing
    • Work with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and recommendations to optimize Nevro’s pricing and contracting effectiveness, patient access and competitive advantage
    • Prepare internal reports and presentations and review with key internal customers, partners and other stakeholders
    • Stay abreast of macro trends in the healthcare environment that potentially impact current and/or future product pricing, contracting and distribution

     

     

    Role Requirements

    • Must have strong background in business analytics and/or finance and understanding of customer behavior in B2B environment.
    • Bachelors Degree (general business, economics, managed health care, pre-law or finance disciplines are preferred)
    • MBA or other related Graduate-level degree is preferred

    Skills and Knowledge

     

    • At least 5 years' work experience in functions such as consulting, account management, contracting, engineering, finance, health economics, managed care, market research, marketing, pricing, strategic planning and/or other related fields within a related industry
    • Experience in other functions within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry is a plus, e.g., field sales, legal, market planning, market or sales analytics, etc.
