    Nevro is seeking to hire a Customer Service Team Lead who will closely work with the Customer Service Manager to ensure the order management process runs smoothly and the level of service provided to internal and external customers is of the highest quality.  You will participate in ongoing discussions with the team on how to improve processes and increase team efficiency.  You will also be the first point of contact for the Customer Service team when there are order related questions.

    • Key point of contact for all order management questions from Customer Service and Sales teams
    • Proactively trouble shoot order management issues in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager
    • Assist the Customer Service Manager on workload distribution across the team to ensure orders are accurately processed in a timely manner
    • Assist the Customer Service Manager with hiring and training new team members
    • Resolve escalated customer service issues and engage appropriate individuals when required
    • Identify process improvements and support team projects
    • Aware of SOX controls and able to prepare information as needed for audit requests

    Role Requirements

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience of 4+ years.

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic understanding of GAAP accounting
    • Solid computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control with limited supervision
    • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues
    • Excellent research and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with QAD
