Nevro is seeking to hire a Customer Service Team Lead who will closely work with the Customer Service Manager to ensure the order management process runs smoothly and the level of service provided to internal and external customers is of the highest quality. You will participate in ongoing discussions with the team on how to improve processes and increase team efficiency. You will also be the first point of contact for the Customer Service team when there are order related questions.
