The Talent Acquisition Intern will learn and execute on real projects within the Talent Acquisition team and learn end-to end recruiting process. This will encompass building candidate generation strategies (leveraging social channels), researching people with specific expertise, contacting individuals directly to discuss role, shadow experience Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiters to learn the interview process, debriefing with interview teams and/or candidates, negotiating and crafting offers.
Intern will also be assigned a project over the summer to expand his/hers learnings and bring a millennial mindset to our organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
