    The Field Marketing Manager will drive global downstream execution for marketing initiatives in target markets. This role will be a key member of the downstream marketing team to partner with sales management and the sales force to connect marketing initiatives to physician customers. Activities will include developing strategic plans for target marketing and growth initiatives as well as working on marketing and product launch messaging and collateral.


    The Field Marketing Manager will have significant interaction with the field-based sales force, and must work collaboratively to assess the effectiveness of programs and resources and follow through to ensure that materials and tools developed are impactful to the sales team and to patient and physician customers.


    • Drive downstream execution of strategic plans in the US. Help develop downstream activities and execute agreed upon marketing plan in conjunction and consultation with Sales and the rest of the Marketing team.
    • Promote and maintain the Nevro and HF10 therapy brand. Produce marketing collateral and tools including brochures, sales tools, training materials, etc.
    • Work closely with sales team to assess effectiveness of marketing tools and materials and make recommendations for new marketing resources and programs.
    • Drive understanding of patient & clinician insights within the therapy, including patient and referring physician behavior.
    • Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors as needed to drive downstream programs.
    • Assist in training the sales reps and customers on product and market knowledge, and on the development of sales training materials and content.
    • Promote and utilize analytic methods to establish/evaluate all related activities, including analysis and recommendation of new opportunities.
    • Identify and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers.
    • Foster relationships and collaboration with key customers to ensure that launches and other programs are relevant and will drive understanding and adoption of HF10 therapy.
    • Ensure that all marketing activities conform to company guidelines and local laws.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Role Requirements

    • Experience developing and executing strategic customer initiatives and growth plans.
    • MBA degree a plus, may be substituted with relevant experience
    • 5+ year of experience in medical device sales and/or marketing.
    • Travel 50%+
