This position is a hybrid position to include executive administrative support and sales event planning. Individual will rely on excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. Duties will include coordinating meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentation materials, submitting expenses and/or review incoming correspondence and prepare responses. Additionally, the EA will exercise independent judgment, escalating serious or unique problems to higher levels. The EA may provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members.
In addition, this position will be accountable for the entire event life cycle from start to finish including planning and tactical execution of all aspects of event planning for a wide range of domestic and international sales related events and training meetings. This will include collaboration with Marketing from concept, to sending invitations, reserving transportation (air, land transportation, etc.), booking accommodations and planning menus and agendas in order to deliver best in class events.
