The Social Media Recruiting Specialist is an appointed overseer for all Social Media Planning and Campaigns for Talent Acquisition. The Social Media Recruiting Specialist will, in alignment and cooperation with Marketing, produce advertising and media campaigns for Nevro’s TA Social Media channels. The ideal candidate will understand how to segment talent communities by region, job skill set, functionality and or job family. 

  • Create and manage social media campaigns and attraction strategies for Nevro’s LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other Social Media sites;
  • Work with the Marketing team to coordinate the development of all media campaigns and strategies, to align with resource planning and live demand;
  • Sustain deep knowledge of competitive landscape, channel strategies and appropriate messaging
  • Manage budget and attraction methods to maximize ROI while protecting client brand
  • Coordinate the deployment of new and alternative attractions strategies to ensure pipeline requirements are met;
  • Monitor and manage active candidate engagement and communication;
  • Create reports on attraction activity with alignments to anticipated demand
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of attraction methodology to improve quality of hire and optimize candidate experience
  • Other tasks as needed/assigned


Role Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the digital marketing space, building strategy and overseeing implementation of said strategies;
  • Minimum 1 year experience within recruitment marketing practices, mechanisms, technologies and procedures;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working within social platforms including Facebook, Glassdoor, Twitter and LinkedIn.


Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong Communication skills;
  • Experience with managing presentations, such as-product demos, training, etc.;
  • Strong computer skills including in-depth internet knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applications;
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
