This position is responsible for coordinating logistics and executing on various kinds of Professional Education programs for physicians, nurses and fellows interested in the Nevro’s HF10 Therapy. The position will also contribute to Nevro’s professional education strategy.

Role Requirements

  • Collaborate with key stakeholder to implement strategies to educate and train physicians, Fellows and Nurses on Nevro’s HF10 Therapy
  • Track program performance and implement relevant feedback into future programs
  • Partner with legal, finance and compliance to ensure all contracts are pre-approved and authorized prior to contracting
  • Implement and oversee a communication plan surrounding Professional Education programs to executives, sales professionals and internal business units
  • Execute various aspects of Nevro’s Manufacturing Tour program, including planning, communication, legal/compliance sign off and onsite execution
  • Plan logistics and execute events to ensure they run smoothly and professionally
  • Project manage events, including venue selection, hotel room blocks, contracting (venue, A/V, transportation), and venue set up
  • Set up and manage event registrations, certification kit materials and post-event activities (i.e. reports on eval forms, expenses, attendance, field feedback, etc.)
  • Manage access to travel services using approved travel agencies (for attendees of approved events
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Monitor event budget
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies (i.e. meals and transportation)
  • Assist with speakers management (contracts, invoices, meeting preparations)
  • Assist with the development and execution of communication plans to the sales force and event participants
  • Assist with event kits/binder composition and creation (design and print agenda, speaker bios, logistics info, maps, expense forms, etc.) and any necessary accessories/collaterals (banners, name tags, etc.)
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience
  • Planning in a medical education environment preferred
  • Global travel: approximately 25% to 35 %
