    Overview

    The Marketing Manager will drive global downstream execution for currently available and next generation products.  Downstream management includes developing and executing launch plans, promotional plans, positioning and messaging, marketing collateral, sales tools, and education materials. in a collaborative manner with cross functional teams.


    The Marketing Manager will have a major focus on HCP and clinical marketing activities and will have significant interaction with the sales force. The role will include strategic planning and tactical execution for entry into new clinical areas and indications, as well as ongoing development and management of messaging within current areas of focus. The role will also cover tactical activities such as meeting and field planning and support and leading market research projects.

    Role Requirements

    • Drive downstream execution of strategic plans in the US, including new product and indication launches
    • Help develop downstream activities and execute agreed upon marketing plan in conjunction and consultation with Sales and the rest of the Marketing team.
    • Work with international marketing counterparts to adapt downstream initiatives for other geographies and markets.
    • Participate in cross functional teams to develop and execute launch plans for new products, indications, and/or messaging, including and developing field facing messaging for new initiatives or indications
    • Evaluate and execute referral development opportunities with existing and new indications
    • Promote and maintain the Nevro and HF10 therapy brand through clinical initiatives. Deliverables can include conference presence and presentations, healthcare provider events, and HCP collateral.
    • Manage initiatives around competitive intelligence including maintaining summaries of key competitor activities, developing messaging and training programs for the field sales team, and identifying future industry trends.
    • Conduct market research to drive understanding of patient & clinician insights for current and new indications with HF10 therapy
    • Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors as needed to drive downstream programs.
    • Promote and utilize analytic methods to /evaluate downstream marketing Identify and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers.
    • Foster relationships and collaboration with key customers to ensure that launches and other programs are relevant and will drive understanding and adoption of HF10 therapy.
    • Assist in training the sales reps and customers on product and market knowledge.
    • Ensure that all marketing activities conform to company guidelines and local laws.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • MBA from a top tier school and/or equivalent relevant experience.
    • 5+ years’ experience in downstream marketing.
    • Background in brand or consumer marketing, management consulting, and/or healthcare a plus.
