Overview

This position will be responsible for providing support to the HR Department. This position will focus on supporting the HR organization overall and will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources.

 

  • Reconcile bills for various vendors
  • Create ECN’s for Field training payments
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Create personnel files for new hires
  • Help prepare for the Health and Wellness Fair
  • Support team member experience activities and projects
  • Other projects as assigned

Role Requirements

Undergraduate student (preferably upperclassman)

Skills and Knowledge

Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all time

  • Excellent written skills. Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and team members with ever changing deadlines
  • Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task and team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion at all times
