Nevro is a medical device company headquartered in Redwood City, California. We have developed HF10™ therapy, an innovative, evidence-based neuromodulation platform for the treatment of chronic pain.

We started with a simple mission to help more patients suffering from chronic pain. At each stage of development, our research was subject to the highest levels of scientific rigor, resulting in a new therapy that has advanced the state of spinal cord stimulation (SCS).

The Nevro® Senza® SCS System received CE mark in 2010, TGA approval in 2011, FDA approval in 2015, and is commercially available in Europe, Australia, and the United.


This position will report to the Director, Global Talent and will work closely with hiring managers across the sales department. In this role, you will partner with our Regional Sales leadership to attract and hire A+ Sales professionals to join our organization.

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process with a focus on Sales.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess hiring needs, advise on the best sourcing strategy to attract top talent
  • Identify, engage, screen and interview qualified candidates
  • Apply your creative sourcing tactics and look for new ways to network with top talent
  • Ensure all candidates have an exceptional experience throughout their interview experience with Nevro
  • Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Recommend, extend, and close offers
  • Partner with Human Resources Operations to on-board new hires
  • Other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years proven recruiting experience in a technology oriented corporate    environment implementing a wide range of staffing programs.
  • Medical or Enterprise Sales experience a plus

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent knowledge of ATS, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
  • Proven track record in hiring at volume, carrying at least 15-20 reqs at any one time
  • Excellent relationship management experience with hiring managers and business stakeholders, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
  • Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
  • The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
  • A combination of corporate and agency experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Must excel at multi-tasking and balancing competing priorities
  • Analytical thinker
  • Detailed oriented
