Overview

Nevro is seeking a Salesforce.com Administrator to join our dynamic business applications team to help build, extend functionality, and integrate programs to enable our company to meet their business goals. The main responsibilities of this position are to ensure our business system is running smoothly, add/update functionality, and to provide support to the sales and in-house teams.

Role Requirements

  • BS/BA degree and 3+ years related experience
  • SFDC Administrator Certification
  • Serve as a key subject matter expert on complex and/or critical business issues and processes with emphasis on Salesforce.com and sales and support processes. Solve complex problems and develops innovative solutions related to the CRM platforms utilized by the business segments supported
  • Create/change screen layouts, metadata, fields, profiles, and business rules (validations and workflow) to support business requirements
  • Perform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, software and data environment refreshes as needed
  • Assist in package and deploy software changes to all environments (development, testing, production)
  • Work with multiple business stakeholders to develop solutions against organizational roadmap
  • Demonstrate ability to influence business teams on maximizing the applications being developed leveraging the best solutions
  • Document system configurations and change management
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Knowledge

  • 3+ years of Salesforce.com administration and customization
  • 3+ years working on implementations of the Salesforce.com application
  • SFDC Developer Certification, a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Triggers and APEX code is a plus
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Integration knowledge between multiple applications and ERP environments
  • Experience with data management and relational database design and familiarity with data formats, table joins, and ETL
  • Experience with SOX and/or HIPPA Compliance
  • Able to demonstrate business process knowledge at Enterprise level
  • Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control with limited supervision
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage parallel projects, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Medical Device company experience a plus
