Overview

The Sales Operations Administrator will play a vital role in providing ongoing administrative support to the Sales Team and Customer Service.  He/she will manage and maintain ongoing vendor requests, RFP’s, create and update price agreements and maintain SOX documentation for pricing.  This role will work on a variety of process improvement projects while streamlining current processes.  He/she must be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, service-focused individual who works well in a team environment. 

Role Requirements

  • BS/BA required in business with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Business Operations
  • Manage and maintain all incoming and existing Vendor Packets and RFP’s for Nevro customers
  • Prepare and maintain all Pricing Tables resulting from Pricing Committee meeting approvals and distribute to the sales team in a timely manner
  • Input pricing into QAD and maintain all documentation required to support SOX controls
  • Analyze and prepare reports such as customer revenue in comparison to agreement commitments and provide to Sales team and Pricing Committee
  • Maintain active customer list with pricing and updates resulting from inactive, expired, and renewed agreements
  • Maintain customer grouping/affiliates in system and highlight new customers that have rebate programs
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners particularly with Customer Service and provide support for ongoing queries

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, APTTUS & QAD is a plus
